How to Generate Client Invoices

Before you start

Check your access

Make sure you can open the Billing area and edit the records used in this guide. If an action is missing, ask an account administrator to review your role.

Do this in Arcova

    Start an invoice

    Go to Billing, Invoices, then select Create Invoice.

    Choose the customer and period

    Select the client and the billing period that contains the approved work.

  3. 3

    Review billable work

    Confirm the included hours, contract rates, adjustments, customer details, and invoice dates before continuing.

    Generate the invoice

    Select Generate Invoice and open the new invoice for a final review.

  5. 5

    Approve before delivery

    Resolve any warning, confirm the total, and approve or send the invoice only when the preview matches the work you intend to bill.

You are done when

Approved work has been added to the invoice and the hours, rates, customer details, and total have been reviewed before sending.
