Check your access
Make sure you can open the Scheduling area and edit the records used in this guide. If an action is missing, ask an account administrator to review your role.
In the product
Do this in Arcova

Open the coverage gap
Go to Scheduling, Command Center, and select the unfilled shift from the calendar or alert rail.

Record the reason when needed
If the assigned officer called off or did not arrive, select Report Call-Off and choose the correct reason, including No Show when applicable.

Find a replacement
Select Assign Guard and review the officers Arcova marks as eligible. Use Available Bench when you need a wider replacement view.

Confirm the assignment
Choose the replacement, review any warning, and select Assign Guard.

Verify coverage
Return to Command Center and make sure the shift shows the replacement and no longer appears as an open coverage gap.

You are done when
A replacement is confirmed or the shift is open to eligible officers, and the coverage gap is no longer unowned.
