Check your access
Make sure you can open the Compliance area and edit the records used in this guide. If an action is missing, ask an account administrator to review your role.

Open credentials
Go to Compliance, then Credentials.

Add the credential
Select Add Credential, choose the employee and credential type, then enter the credential number, issue date, and expiration date.

Attach proof when required
Upload the credential document when the selected type requires one, then select Create Credential.

Check upcoming expirations
Open Expiring Credentials to review items by urgency. Open a credential and select Renew Credential when replacement details are available.

Confirm assignment readiness
Verify that the credential shows the expected status before the officer is assigned to a restricted post.

Credential dates and documents are current, site or post requirements are connected, and expiring items appear in the correct status.
