What is included?
Standard tools, shared hosting, product updates, and product support. Your software price follows active field team size.
Who counts as an active field employee?
An active field employee has more than zero approved worked hours during the billing period. Each worker counts once across your company, regardless of sites or shifts. Scheduled-only shifts, unapproved time, and employee records without approved hours do not count.
What costs extra?
Setup and training are quoted separately. Optional services and custom development have separate quotes. Text messages, AI, payment processing, and unusually large storage can incur usage charges. Third-party account fees may also apply.
Do we need a managed service?
No. Your team can run Arcova with included product support. Ongoing account management and dedicated infrastructure are optional.
